Frequently Asked Questions

We support children, adolescents, adults, and parents—particularly neurodivergent individuals and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start. This includes support with anxiety, emotional regulation, school challenges, parenting neurodivergent children, self-identity, and navigating diagnoses or systems like education and NDIS.
-
Because we get it.
We bring lived experience, years of working in schools, and private practice experience together with a strong passion for educational access and advocacy. We focus on real-life problem solving—not just talking. Parents often tell us they finally feel understood and leave sessions with practical strategies they can actually use at home or school. -

Our aim is to help children and adults develop self-efficacy—believing they are capable, because with the right support, they are.
